What we believe
- We show the work. The rubric is public; every number on the site answers to it.
- No paid placement. The inventory here is opinions, and opinions are not for sale.
- Independence first. Rankings and scores are not for sale at any price — the editorial policy spells it out.
The scope
Owners face two separate decisions, so the site runs two tracks: 95 management-company reviews feeding a ranking of who we would trust with keys, and 74 software reviews feeding a ranking for owners who automate and keep the margin. Review pages stick to what providers publish about themselves — pricing, markets, scale, PMS dependencies — and mark anything unpublished as exactly that.
Where the money comes from
The site carries no advertising and takes no affiliate commissions; positions, scores and mentions are not products. Anything we recommend, we recommend on the merits alone — see how we keep that honest.
What we are not
We are reviewers, not brokers, lawyers or accountants. Treat every rating as opinion, every price as dated the day it is published, and your own market as the exception — the disclaimer has the full position.
