- Reliability — 27%. Does it hold up on a busy weekend without a human babysitting it?
- Time saved — 20%. The evenings it hands back, counted honestly against its price.
- Support — 15%. What happens when you need help outside office hours.
The rubric is the same for everyone, and it is not for sale. If a provider will not let us test on live bookings, we simply do not rate it.
